A Kojoji Hela Koca in the language of the Miwok Indians translates to ‘A Blue Sky Lodge’. This custom-built house is the blend of fine craftsmanship and rich materials found in the Art Deco period from 1910 through the 1930s. It hearkens to a time of luxury, glamour, and elegance. This home comfortably sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub. There is one room with a queen bed and one room with a full bed. The private library has a twin size sofa bed. This home has a large TV with a blue ray player, sorry no satellite TV or WiFi. This home has Air Conditioning!
