The Ahwahnee Meeting Venues

Overview

The Ahwahnee, the National Historic Landmark hotel in Yosemite Valley, will be temporarily closed from January 2, 2023 – March 2, 2023. This closure is necessary to complete seismic upgrades to the historic building and a refurbishment of the kitchen floor. The park staff looks forward to completing these essential projects to improve and preserve the hotel for future generations to enjoy. The Ahwahnee is not accepting wedding or meeting reservations until at least after the completion of these updates.

When you host your meeting or gathering at The Ahwahnee hotel you can feel confident that your group will get the best that Yosemite National Park has to offer.

A registered National Historic Landmark, The Ahwahnee is the crown jewel of National Park Lodges, and represents a storied history as well as upscale accommodation. Across the years the hotel has been proud to host queens, presidents, famous actors, and successful CEOs alike. The hotel’s location in the heart of Yosemite Valley is further highlighted by the extraordinary design and architecture – showcasing views of iconic features like Half Dome, Glacier Point, and Yosemite Falls.

Inside, you’ll find the lodging service and amenities you’d expect from the park’s only AAA Four-Diamond property, plus a heated outdoor swimming pool, gift shop, concierge, bar, and an incredible dining room with vaulted ceilings and chandeliers.

Each of the six well-appointed meeting spaces has a unique character, and together they provide an ideal space for groups ranging from 25 to 150 people.  The wedding lawn and patio also offer options for outdoor gatherings.
