Tenaya Lake Wedding Location

Tenaya Lake Wedding Location offers an amazingly beautiful location for a wedding or engagement event. Granite exposed domes with emerald green, crystal clear waters is the backdrop. Located on the eastern end of Tenaya Lake Beach Picnic Area, it can accommodate up to 50 people. Tenaya Lake is only available as a location during the late spring and summer due to the Tioga Pass Rd. being seasonally closed for Winter. Be sure to make your reservations for this location well ahead of time.

Weddings or ceremonies in Yosemite National Park may be scheduled up to one year in advance and more than 21 days prior to your event. Please complete the application[550 kb PDF] and include any special needs of your party (e.g., access for persons with disabilities, elderly guests, etc.). Be sure to include the nonrefundable application fee of $150 with your application.
