Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite Tours offers a tour service that guarantees entry into the national park. Tour vans have a convertible roof so you’ll get plenty of fresh air and an unobstructed view. Bikes are not allowed in the national park, but it’s easy to park your bike at the border and make the short walk from there to the Grizzly Giant tree.
Kids (and kids at heart) will love rock climbing on the outdoor artificial climbing wall. It’s a safe and convenient way to get a taste of what it would be like to climb a big Yosemite cliff, like El Capitan.
Little ones can test their balance and sense of adventure on the Kids’ Adventure Course through a variety of elements like bridges, swinging logs, and rope obstacles.
Plus there are great trails in the area for hiking or horseback riding. Enjoy a guided nature walk or ask about how to get to a quiet waterfall just behind the resort.
