Curry Village Orchard Annual Apple Picking Day!

All visitors, residents, and employees are welcome to join the annual Curry Orchard Picking Day on Wednesday, July 23rd, starting at 9am. Help pick fruit and sample a taste from the past in this historic orchard. Removing apples, prevents bears from foraging in the parking lot, reduces conflict, and helps them return to natural food sources throughout the park, away from people. The Curry Village Orchard Parking Lot will be closed for apple picking operations on July 23rd 5am-3pm. Once apples have been picked, the parking area will open again. Cars parked under apple trees during this event may be towed at the owner’s expense to prevent damage to cars from falling apples.
