What happens when you take the top chefs and restaurateurs from San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles and bring them together for a month of culinary delights in Yosemite Mariposa County? Taste of Yosemite is what happens, and you don’t want to miss this year’s lineup.
This month-long event brings together America’s most renowned chefs at the Majestic Yosemite Hotel, Jan. 8-Feb. 2. The idea is to capture the flavors of traditional American favorites infused with each chef’s unique take. Some dishes feature a modern cosmopolitan flair, while others tap into French and Asian influences. Either way, each dish complements the next.
Formerly known as “Chef’s Holidays,” Taste of Yosemite returns for its 33rd year this January. Over the course of six session dates, you’ll witness cooking demonstrations, a reception where you’ll mix and mingle with the chefs and a fabulous five-course dinner prepared by a visiting chef.
