The Yosemite Facelift, the largest organized volunteer cleanup of any national park, is hosted by the Yosemite Climbing Association in partnership with the National Park Service numerous sponsors of the event. This annual event happens in coordination with the National Public Lands Day in September. The event is a great way to socialize, meet locals and visitors that come from all over the world to help with this event. There is usually a lot of laughs, BBQ’s and things going on in the evening also. It’s basically a great way to give back to Yosemite and anyone can be a part of it.
