Davey And The Midnights make music for the soul. For the last half-decade, they’ve been crisscrossing the country in search of small-town folklore, highway heroes, and musical kinship. The band has been Southern California-based since its inception but recently relocated to the Midwestern arts village of Broad Ripple.
The Midnights are fronted by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Davey Allen. His musical attitude is deeply rooted in the vast American songbook. In addition to the Midnights, Allen has served as organist and pianist for Eric Burdon And The Animals since 2016.
Through his musical journeys, Davey has shared the stage with artists such as Bob Weir, Patti Smith, Flea, Charles Bradley, Dr. John, Kelsey Waldon, the Cordovas, and many others. In 2020 the Midnights released a self-titled EP in addition to Allen’s second full-length record, “May Day”.
